He previously presented and created programme jingles on Hospital Radio Lion in Guildford for 18 years before joining Radio Wey. His interests outside of radio include computing, playing badminton, motor sport (particularly F1 and rally), theatre, and music mostly Rock & Pop, Soul, and R & B. He has also been known to ‘walk the boards’ in amateur dramatics, for example as a tavern landlord in the pantomime ‘Cinderella’
