Then our Radio Wey Sportscene team have the answer!!

They run WALKING FOOTBALL sessions in Staines.

.

No Running, No Contact, No heavy tackling ... it's a great way to keep fit and meet new friends.

When? Every Monday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30 pm

Where? Staines & Laleham Sports Association, Worple Road, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 1HR

Cost? £3 per session

Age? ANY!

Join the Staines Town Strollers, no need to book; just turn up.

.

The sessions are played on an Astroturf pitch (no mud!).
If the weather is very bad, sessions will be cancelled.
No play on Bank Holidays after sunset.

Ladies welcome too, but if football is not your thing ... maybe try Walking Netball  or Walking Basketball in Egham

Spelthorne Leisure Centre, Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1AJ, also £3 per session!
