Robin Whitbread

Robin Whitbread joined the station in April 2013, and he is a semi-retired teacher of Drama and English. As well as seeing himself as a perfectionist, he describes himself as "a typical Leo, friendly, outgoing and trustworthy -- like a dog!" He enjoys music, theatre, reading, unusual food, wine, real cider and jump racing -- watching not riding -- and is a frequent contributor to our panel show "In My Opinion" as well as an actor in some of our drama productions. He hosts a series called "Behind The Voice" which alternates with Things to Enjoy
